Preparing financial reports, financial statements and schedules. Performing account reconciliations, related companies/parties transactions reconciliations. Maintaining adjustments, general ledger. Preparing tax returns and submission. Assisting audit preparations within the date of deadlines. Performing other accounting duties as assigned. Maintain data integrity and accuracy of financial accounting function resulting in timely financial reporting to both external parties and internal parties following financial policies, internal controls and audit standards. Additionally, the role may be required to participate in general shared responsibilities from time to time or as requested by management.

Documentation and Contracts: Prepare and review real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents necessary for closing real estate transactions. Transaction Management: Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, ensuring all paperwork and deadlines are met, and liaise with other professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, and escrow agents. Compliance and Legalities: Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide accurate information to clients. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire buying, selling, or renting process to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
