Perform daily office administration and general office duties. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms. Assist clients with visa application processes and required documentation. Review and organize visa documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Track visa application status and provide updates to clients. Support other travel and tourism-related operations as assigned.
Create designs for social media posts, advertisements, brochures, itineraries, and marketing materials. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to produce engaging visual content. Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials. Support campaign promotions with creative design concepts. Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Identify, develop, and manage corporate accounts to achieve sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers. • Promote the company's travel services, including corporate travel management, MICE, and tour packages. • Generate new business opportunities and expand the corporate client portfolio. • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements. • Conduct regular client visits and business meetings to strengthen partnerships. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO). Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and performance. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness. Work closely with the Creative and Sales teams on content planning and campaigns. Analyze performance reports and provide insights for improvement. Manage social media platforms and online brand presence.
Manage daily office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow. Handle office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors. Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and records. Support HR functions such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities. Ensure office cleanliness, facilities, and equipment are well maintained. Perform general administrative duties as assigned by management.
