Design and animate motion graphics Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video to promote the Youverify brand through different social media platforms and the website. Edit and optimize graphics and video content for social media platforms; Maintain videography equipment and provide guidance for new equipment purchases. Takes the lead on video projects from concept to delivery (storyboard, design, animation, feedback, QA, and production). Provide technical support for design- and video-related efforts; Develops graphics, illustrations, and other creative materials for the web, social, and other digital platforms that is on-brand, reinforces our status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences; Design and layout of materials for internal communications and business materials. Work with the Growth and Marketing team with edits to digital assets (videos, content downloads etc). Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data.
Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Revise company policies and culture Organize and maintain employee records and documentation Preparing job descriptions, job posting, contractual terms and conditions of employment Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed Update internal databases with new hire information Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. attendance sheet, leaves, absence, sick days) Answer employees queries about HR-related issues Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Develop training and onboarding material Performing administrative tasks
Manage transactions with customers Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate Collect payments whether in cash or credit Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets Redeem stamps and coupons Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Updating accounts receivable and issue invoices Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
- Handle the processes and workflow of delivery of visa assistance service to direct applicants from initial contact to submission of visa application. - Provide clear communications with prospective client on visa requirements in both written and oral form. - Guide applicants and their financial sponsors on preparing documentations required for visa application. - Conduct compliance interview with prospective client as necessary to assess applicant’s intention to visit. - Vet applications including verifying completeness & validity of specific documentations before submission. - Assist applicants in completing and submitting their visa applications from online or embassy. - Assist with submission of Administrative Review in the event of visa refusal. - Maintain applicants’ application including confidential financial and personal information. - Accurately interpret and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant Embassy legislation and regulations as well as good practice within the sector. - Maintain high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. - Liaise with external agencies when necessary such as VFS, UKVI, Home Office commercial partners.

1.Handling domestic and international ticketing. 2.Daily ticket issue report, airline schedule and air fare updating. 3.Comply with all ariline booking policies and procedures (i.e answering telephone inquries, page massage chart box, pre-flight checks, issuing tickets, reissue, refunds, halding customer issue, etc.). 4.Awareness of airlines promotion and updated news. 5.Other administrative tasks as necessary.
