Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. Manage and update company website (CMS) to ensure content is current and SEO optimized. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversions) and report ROI. Create and manage content calendars for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and digital ads. Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to create compelling content. Optimize paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Facebook Ads, Instagram, Tiktok, etc. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies. Manage CRM tools and lead nurturing workflows. Assist with the development and implementation of influencer or affiliate marketing strategies.
Job Description: Senior Ticketing Executive Senior Ticketing Executive တစ်ယောက်အနေဖြင့် ပြည်တွင်း/ပြည်ပ လေယာဉ်လက်မှတ် အရောင်းကဏ္ဍကို ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ကိုင်တွယ်နိုင်ရမည့်အပြင်၊ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များအား လမ်းညွှန်မှုပေးနိုင်ပြီး Customer များအတွက် အကောင်းဆုံး Service ပေးနိုင်ရန် တာဝန်ယူရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ Key Responsibilities (အဓိက လုပ်ငန်းတာဝန်များ) Booking & Reservation: ပြည်တွင်းနှင့် ပြည်ပ လေယာဉ်ခရီးစဉ်များကို GDS နှင့် လေကြောင်းလိုင်း System များအသုံးပြု၍ ကြိုတင်ဘိုကင်တင်ခြင်း၊ လက်မှတ်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း (Issuing) များ ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ System Mastery: 1A (Amadeus), 2A (Sita), 1G (Galileo), 1S (Sabre) စသည့် Global Distribution Systems (GDS) များကို ကျွမ်းကျင်ပိုင်နိုင်စွာ အသုံးပြု၍ အလုပ်လုပ်ရမည်။ Fare Calculation: ခရီးစဉ်အလိုက် အသက်သာဆုံးနှင့် အကောင်းဆုံး Route များ ရှာဖွေပေးခြင်း၊ ရှုပ်ထွေးသော Fare Calculation များကို တိကျစွာ တွက်ချက်ခြင်း။ Re-issuance & Refund: လက်မှတ်များ ရက်ချိန်းပြောင်းလဲခြင်း (Re-validation/Re-issue) နှင့် Cancellation/Refund လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များကို လေကြောင်းလိုင်း Policy များအတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။ Visa & Travel Docs: ခရီးစဉ်နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်သော Visa လိုအပ်ချက်များ၊ Passport သက်တမ်းနှင့် COVID-19 ဆိုင်ရာ စည်းကမ်းချက်များကို Customer များအား အကြံပေးလမ်းညွှန်ရမည်။ Reporting: နေ့စဉ် အရောင်းစာရင်း (Daily Sales Report) များကို တိကျစွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ပြီး Finance Department သို့ ပေးပို့ရမည်။ Problem Solving: ခရီးစဉ်ဖျက်သိမ်းခြင်း သို့မဟုတ် နောက်ကျခြင်းများ ဖြစ်ပေါ်ပါက ခရီးသည်များအတွက် အဆင်ပြေစေရန် အချိန်နှင့်တပြေးညီ ဖြေရှင်းပေးရမည်။
Financial Reporting & Analysis: • Prepare and maintain financial statements (balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements) in compliance with accounting standards. • Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management on cost savings, profitability, and performance improvement. • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data for internal and external stakeholders, including audits and regulatory bodies. • Monitor financial trends and provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Budgeting and Forecasting: • Develop and manage annual budgets for departments within the company, ensuring alignment with financial objectives. • Collaborate with department heads to track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. • Provide accurate forecasting and trend analysis to aid strategic decision-making. Accounts Management: • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring payments are processed on time and accurate records are kept. • Manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s liquidity remains optimal for daily operations. • Supervise the reconciliation of all accounts, including bank accounts, vendor invoices, and client payments. Tax Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns (corporate tax, VAT, etc.) and ensure compliance with local, state, and international tax laws. • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to the company, advising senior management on strategies to manage those risks. • Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and address any audit queries. Team Leadership and Development: • Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities. • Set clear expectations for team performance, ensuring that the accounting team meets deadlines and company standards. • Ensure the team is up to date with industry best practices, accounting software, and relevant regulations. Operational Support: • Collaborate with the Sales & Operations teams to support financial aspects of travel packages, ensuring accurate pricing and profitability analysis. • Assist in reviewing and approving vendor contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company’s financial health. • Support management in any ad-hoc financial analysis or project-related financial tracking. Continuous Improvement: • Lead efforts to improve accounting processes, introducing automation or more efficient systems where necessary. • Ensure the company follows best practices for financial management and stays compliant with international travel industry regulations.
