Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that support business objectives and drive brand and user growth across different verticals. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and performance data to inform strategies and make timely, data-driven decisions. Support and coach a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and strong execution across functions. Craft marketing briefs and work closely with creative and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns across digital, offline, and in-app channels. Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders and management. Collaborate with teams across Operations, Marketplace, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Plan and manage consumer communications, promotions, and engagement mechanics using internal tools and systems. Work with media and advertising partners to manage house ads and sponsored placements inside the app and other owned channels. Organize and manage on-ground activations and online engagement initiatives, including coordination with third-party vendors and partners.
