Prepare and review payment vouchers with proper supporting documents and approvals. Manage daily cash position and Group cash flow requirements. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts. Monitor cash inflows, outflows, and liquidity across Group companies. Coordinate bank transactions, payments, and fund transfers. Manage bank accounts, loans, overdrafts, and credit facilities. Monitor loan principal, interest payments, and repayment schedules. Prepare daily cash and treasury reports for management. Ensure proper treasury controls, approvals, and documentation. Support the Chief Account and Head of Finance in treasury and funding decisions.

Monitor daily/weekly stock turnover rates to prevent overstocking of heavy slow-moving items and stockouts of fast-moving construction essentials. Inspect incoming raw/finished construction materials against structural specifications, samples, and safety standards. Handle supplier returns, claims for defective materials (e.g., broken tiles, corroded metal, expired chemicals), and warranty claims. Track raw material market fluctuations (such as global steel prices, fuel transport costs, and foreign exchange rates like MMK/USD, MMK/CNY, MMK/THB). Provide weekly reporting to management on margin performance, top-selling SKUs, inventory turnover, and upcoming project demand forecasts.
