Contracts & Documentation Review, draft, and prepare Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts, Concession Agreements (CA), and other business/commercial contracts. Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical teams to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation. Project Development & Hunting Identify and evaluate potential government & private power generation and related infrastructure opportunities. Conduct feasibility assessments and prepare proposals for management approval. Monitor ongoing project progress and provide regular updates to senior management. Sector & Market Development Track industry trends, policy changes, and regulatory developments in the power sector and other relevant industries. Provide strategic recommendations for company positioning, partnerships, and market entry opportunities.
Internships or work experience in the solar energy sector can provide practical skills and knowledge. Experience with solar technologies and energy efficiency can be advantageous. Experience have design for 1 or 2 MW capacity of large-scale solar System (on grid, Hybrid and off grid).
