Must be able to responsible and assist in collecting evaluation records of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Must be review activities of field staff in states and regions, actions of area and regional managers including group discussions with farmers, Farmer Meetings, Demonstration plots, Field Operations, penetrating for advertising products on social media, Team work activities, and Achievement of sales targets etc.
Must be able establish Precise internal office Rules & Regulations. Must be able proficient in understanding Labour Law & Calculating Payroll. Must be able to manage Leave / Late and other benefits well. Must be able to efficiently handle Social Security Board (SSB) fees and HR functions. Submit Monthly Report ,Weekly Report to MD & GM. Collaborate with and supervise the Admin Department.
