Manage and supervise daily sales operations. Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports. Ensure accurate sales data, orders, and inventory records. - Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders - Process and monitor customer orders - Monitor daily stock movement (in & out) - Maintain accurate inventory records in system - Conduct regular physical stock counts - Reconcile physical stock with system records - Prepare inventory reports (weekly/monthly) - Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for delivery - Maintain customer database and sales records - Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports - Handle customer inquiries and follow up payments - Manage sales team with documentation and scheduling
