To ensure all brands follow each brand guidelines. To lead product development team and create successful new products To set up improve SOP for all sale & marketing departments. To look for business oppotunities in shop expansion , channel expansion and collaboration.
Job Description Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals and overseeing the sales team. Must be carried out sales team management and customer relationship development to ensure the growth and achievement of the sales department. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Monthly sales review and data analysis must be point out to MD and proceed accordingly to his decision. Must be able to handle the sales team routes way and their sales target and sales strategy. Able to control unnecessary things occurring and avoid them. Must cooperate with other relevant department/sections to work as a team. Able to handle the market feedback and the product error. Able to understand the market needs and implement the necessary changes. Able to proceed through company rules and regulations. Motivate the sales persons and increase their targets base on monthly calculation. Build and promote the products and sustain long lasting customer relationship. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. Must be fluent in speaking and communication with customers
Responsibilities 1. Establish sales goals with National Sales Manager. 2. Develop and implement effective sale strategies to achieve agreed upon goals. 3. Create and manage budget. 4. Lead nationwide sale team members to achieve sale targets 5. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sale forecasts 6. Perform research and identify new potentials customers and new market opportunities 7. Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s. 8. Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results and suggest improvements 9. Support new product development efforts with the Production departments. 10. Liaise with Marketing Department and Product Development to ensure brand consistency 11. Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department. 12. Overall management of 3 main components of the company (Cars, Machines and Fixed Assets) Manage the issues concerning with Cars (inspection, repairing, insurance, accidents, rental, way plan, ferry, etc) Manage the issues concerning with Machines (inspection, repairing, maintain, insurance, buying, etc) Manage the issues concerning with Stationary and Office equipment (Computer, Printer, Network, Stationary, etc) Manage the issues concerning with building and compound (Hostel, Meal, Lighting, AC, General maintenance and repairing, etc) Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Manage budgets for the administrative functions of the company, including office supplies and equipment. Maintain and update company databases and records. Procurement Supervisor Requirements Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management Excellent knowledge of procurement procedures, policies, and regulations Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders Proficient in using procurement software and tools
