Fleet Operations Management Monitor daily fleet operations, including vehicle dispatching, routing, scheduling, and trip arrangements. Ensure all vehicles are used efficiently to minimize fuel waste and maximize productivity. Oversee regular vehicle allocations to departments and ensure proper documentation. Vehicle Maintenance & Inspection Arrange routine maintenance, servicing, repairs, and safety inspections for all company vehicles. Maintain maintenance logs and track service schedules to prevent vehicle breakdowns. Coordinate with workshops/service centers and negotiate maintenance costs. . Fuel Management Monitor and control fuel usage through fuel cards, meters, or logs. Analyze fuel consumption reports and detect unusual patterns to prevent misuse. Prepare weekly/monthly fuel cost summaries. Driver & Staff Supervision Supervise company drivers, assign duties, and ensure compliance with driving rules.
