Develop excellent relationships and act as a finance business partner to the business e.g. Sales/Trade Marketing/Marketing/Supply Chain team and key internal managers. To ensure budget holders and managers have an awareness of their budget. Responsible for proper control & monitoring of commercial spending to ensure that such spending is within budget. To ensure that the business have the financial awareness. Provide financial training where necessary. Responsible to perform pre-post analysis on financial return on investment (ROI) on commercial activities with recommendation to optimize overall business performance. Assist in monitoring financial risks within the business and communicating risks and opportunities effectively to manage expectation. Have awareness of the Osotspa Financial Control and immediately bring to the attention of the management if any control deficiencies or process weakness are identified. Manage the team to ensure that the proper financial control has been established with monitoring process. Initiate process improvement and quality reviews to simplify and improve productivity. Support the special projects that may arise from time to time. Act and maintain the company values and reflect them on the working at all time.
Monitor warehouse utilization for all warehouses Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system Organize physical count of inventory with Finance department and the company’s auditors Developing an environment that fosters open and positive team communication by setting expectations, and communicating the company’s goals or objectives Review daily and monthly report and identify improvement with LSP Working in relation to production departments, quality assurance, and supply chain analysts in the organization Examining, identifying, planning and managing warehousing processes or operations which involves ensuring that accurate and complete accounting, reporting, and internal control systems are functioning and that all relevant records are accurately maintained Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job result Supervising, coaching, and training the warehouse workforce Working in conformity with laws, regulations, and policies Perform other related duties as assigned
