Osotspa’s vision and mission combine business success together with a deep understanding of consumers’ needs. This has resulted in Osotspa becoming one of the leading consumer products companies in Thailand. The company has grown sustainably in terms of revenue and profits while maintaining a healthy financial position to support our ongoing expansion.

Osotspa produces, markets, and distributes consumer goods with a focus on core products such as beverages and personal care, as well as providing product manufacturing, packaging, and distribution services. The company’s beverage products include energy drinks, sports drinks, ready-to-drink coffee, and functional drinks. Our personal care line consists of baby care products and women’s beauty care products, with some exposure to male grooming products. Osotspa also provides supply chain services in the form of distribution and manufacturing for some of our joint ventures and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services.

International Business

While Thailand is Osotspa’s primary market, the company has a presence in 25 other countries throughout Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, North America, and South America. Key markets include Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Osotspa is exploring further opportunities in Vietnam, the United Kingdom, and China. In addition, we produce, market, and distribute a variety of beverages in Thailand through joint ventures with Japanese food and beverage companies.

To achieve sales target and manage territory as assignment. Plan and initiate sales and marketing strategy for Modern Trade. Analyze sales statistics, promotion and trade performance for efficiently. Prepare presentations, proposals, sales contracts and the relevant documents. Maintain good relationship with customers
Execute specific preferred dealer channel strategies to ensure sales targets are met. Ensure successful implementation of retail performance standards (visibility, distribution and shelving) Own tracking and adherence to budget plans to driven value & volume targets Maintain a consistent focus on accounts receivables to ensure payments are received on time. Train direct reports to carry out their role ‘accountabilities & responsibilities’ to the agreed performance standard consistent with company’s values, measuring their performance on a quarterly basis & where necessary, implement corrective action/development plans to ensure improvement in performance. Support ASM to monitor & coach the JSE on sales performance and visit call to be in line with company guideline Verify and align with recommendation from ASM on RTM structure e.g. additional manpower or new territory appointment Maintain positive communication and collaborative relationship with other functional team with the end result to improve the overall organizational performance and working atmosphere Maintain relationship with Key Business Partners (Preferred Dealers, Major Multiple Accounts, and Wholesalers etc) to ensure the business interests of the company are preserved. Control Mixing & WTP operations according to the daily production plan. Ensure beverage production follows the approved formula and specifications. Verify raw materials before production according to SAP/D365 and production orders. Supervise syrup preparation, sugar dissolving, blending, and product transfer. Monitor critical process parameters (Brix, pH, temperature, mixing time, and batch volume). Ensure treated water quality meets company and regulatory standards. Supervise the operation of RO, Softener, UV, Ozone, and water treatment systems. Monitor chemical dosing, membrane performance, and WTP efficiency. Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment readiness with Engineering. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, and company standards. Verify CIP/COP cleaning and sanitation activities before production. Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and daily work assignments. Train, coach, and evaluate Mixing & WTP operators. Monitor production records, batch reports, and system documentation. Minimize product loss, water consumption, chemical usage, and production waste. Investigate production, quality, and equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities. Ensure workplace safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to company safety procedures. Coordinate effectively with Production, QA, Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering departments. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Lead, motivate and provide training to sales team and maximize salespeople engagement quality to customers. Conduct salespeople performance development activities such as on-site field training, in-depth data analysis coaching and motivation program. Prepare various kinds of presentation, diagram, process flow, sales trend chart, customized tracking reports for monthly sales review, proposal and different projects. Monitor on trade promotion and sales team expense to ensure within budget. Drive internal team members with multiple tasks to complete within timeline in gathering and analyzing on relevant data for market insight, discuss improvement plans and actions in sales meeting. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions to determine whether these meet the Company's objectives. Participate in salespeople recruiting interview, evaluation process to select right person recruitment. Liaise closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of project and operations assigned by management. Consult to ensure system processing is in the right direction as business flow.
