Conduct monthly regional sales operation meeting by setting the agenda, chairing and circulating the minutes Execute the successful planning and implementation of sales activity for new product launches Ensure regional sales goal are achieved though the effective placement and motivation of sales and support operation Access data provided by sales staff and implemented sales strategy, identify business opportunity and pin point problem area Actively call on key account and assist sales forces where appropriate.

Control Mixing & WTP operations according to the daily production plan. Ensure beverage production follows the approved formula and specifications. Verify raw materials before production according to SAP/D365 and production orders. Supervise syrup preparation, sugar dissolving, blending, and product transfer. Monitor critical process parameters (Brix, pH, temperature, mixing time, and batch volume). Ensure treated water quality meets company and regulatory standards. Supervise the operation of RO, Softener, UV, Ozone, and water treatment systems. Monitor chemical dosing, membrane performance, and WTP efficiency. Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment readiness with Engineering. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, ISO, Halal, and company standards. Verify CIP/COP cleaning and sanitation activities before production. Manage manpower planning, shift allocation, and daily work assignments. Train, coach, and evaluate Mixing & WTP operators. Monitor production records, batch reports, and system documentation. Minimize product loss, water consumption, chemical usage, and production waste. Investigate production, quality, and equipment issues and implement corrective actions. Monitor departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement activities. Ensure workplace safety, PPE compliance, and adherence to company safety procedures. Coordinate effectively with Production, QA, Warehouse, Planning, and Engineering departments. Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Lead, motivate and provide training to sales team and maximize salespeople engagement quality to customers. Conduct salespeople performance development activities such as on-site field training, in-depth data analysis coaching and motivation program. Prepare various kinds of presentation, diagram, process flow, sales trend chart, customized tracking reports for monthly sales review, proposal and different projects. Monitor on trade promotion and sales team expense to ensure within budget. Drive internal team members with multiple tasks to complete within timeline in gathering and analyzing on relevant data for market insight, discuss improvement plans and actions in sales meeting. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions to determine whether these meet the Company's objectives. Participate in salespeople recruiting interview, evaluation process to select right person recruitment. Liaise closely with other departments to ensure smooth execution of project and operations assigned by management. Consult to ensure system processing is in the right direction as business flow.
