Osotspa’s vision and mission combine business success together with a deep understanding of consumers’ needs. This has resulted in Osotspa becoming one of the leading consumer products companies in Thailand. The company has grown sustainably in terms of revenue and profits while maintaining a healthy financial position to support our ongoing expansion.

Osotspa produces, markets, and distributes consumer goods with a focus on core products such as beverages and personal care, as well as providing product manufacturing, packaging, and distribution services. The company’s beverage products include energy drinks, sports drinks, ready-to-drink coffee, and functional drinks. Our personal care line consists of baby care products and women’s beauty care products, with some exposure to male grooming products. Osotspa also provides supply chain services in the form of distribution and manufacturing for some of our joint ventures and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) services.

International Business

While Thailand is Osotspa’s primary market, the company has a presence in 25 other countries throughout Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, North America, and South America. Key markets include Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Indonesia. Osotspa is exploring further opportunities in Vietnam, the United Kingdom, and China. In addition, we produce, market, and distribute a variety of beverages in Thailand through joint ventures with Japanese food and beverage companies.

To achieve sales target and development their own area target breakdown by Channels (Volume and Cash) Daily/Weekly follow up by target achievement. To set up the daily/weekly plan for sales people and monitoring. Monthly review for strength and weakness of operation and corrective action taken. To review detail debtor by weekly and overdue debtor by daily. To monitor the exclusive outlets through channels people according to the market visit schedule and taken the corrective action. To report the market visit feedback by monthly. To train and explain the sales people for channel objectives and what should they do. To set up the rolling forecasting by quarterly. Every marketing information from HO, after that must explain to their own sales people.
Work closely with LSP to ensure daily service performance is achieved Responsible for the direct day-to-day logistics operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, or accuracy, or timeliness objectives of the department Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction Reconcile invoice with actual shipment and create report for payment approval. To support Warehouse operation and coordination with WSP as per Management assigned. Perform other related duties as assigned by Management
Perform the receiving of samples of raw material , packaging material , semi-product and finished product to perform microbiological testing according to standard method against its specification and report. Receive and handle of the samples of raw material , packaging material , semi-product and finish product follow the standard procedure and guideline. Conduct the microbiological testing of received-samples according to reference methods against its specification and report with the accurate result Make a trend analysis of all microbiological testing results. Conduct the environment microbiological monitoring and report. Analyze the trend for continuous improvement. Summary all FG results to release to market. Support the defect identification (microbiology) to trouble shooting team to solve the quality issue. Ensure all laboratory equipment are in good condition and calibrated according to due date. Perform the proficiency test according to program. Performed miscellaneous duties , which are work-related as assigned.
To visit modern trade outlets according to PJP assigned to ensure excellent merchandising & visibility. Coordinate with distributor and modern trade outlets to ensure product availability with healthy stock level. Monitor overall sales performance and ensure to achieve monthly & yearly target. Understand market situations and able to suggest actions for sales development. Maintain good relationships with Modern Trade customers and store staff to ensure they support company’s products.
