Assist in installing/configuring, and maintaining solutions/applications on different enviornments (Windows/Android/iOS) Monitor and manage helpdesk tickets,ensuring timely response and resolution in line with SLA requirements. Help with testing and troubleshooting issues. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports and configuration records. Support user training and demo preparation for end-users. Coordinate with the developers and cross functional teams for accomplishing various tasks. Can do emergency on-call support with rotating schedule. Able to perform on-site and remote technical support.
Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights. Collaborating with stakeholders together requirements and feedback and documenting data sources, data models and report specifications. Providing training and support to end users as needed. Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI. Identity key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor. Optimizing the performance of Power BI reports and dashboard by minimizing data refresh times reducing report rendering times and optimizing DAX calculations and queries. Analyze current ETL process and creating data set for reports, develop data queries BI Dashboard. SQL querying for best results use of filters and graphs for better understanding of data.
Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications for internal company use (iOS, Android, or cross-platform). Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases to support mobile applications. Integrate applications with internal systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing maintenance and updates for mobile applications. Document code, processes, and system architecture for internal reference. Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutionsDevelop and maintain Power Apps and SharePoint.

Prepare and calculate monthly Commercial Tax (CT) and Income Tax (IT) ,Capital Gains Tax(CGT) in compliance with local tax laws. Issue Form 31 to customers on time. Request and Follow up Form 31 from local supplier on time. Prepare and organize documents including general ledgers, invoices, bank statements, and payment evidence. Assist with tax reconciliations with general ledger accounts. Knowledge of IRD Tax Notifications, and Union Tax Laws (latest updates). Experience in communicating with the IRD(Internal Revenue Department) Prepare and organize documents for IRD tax audits.(if needed) Able to use Excel (including formulas, pivot tables) ,accounting software and using email Report to Assistant Account Executive
Assist in managing Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation Follow up on outstanding invoices and coordinate collections with customers in a professional manner Support Account Executives by preparing AR reports, statements, and account summaries Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues promptly Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records in the accounting system Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure billing accuracy Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Ensure the company complies with Myanmar OSH Law 2019 and other relevant legislation. Keep updated on changes in legislation and inform the HSE Committee. Develop and implement the HSE Management System roadmap to achieve OHSE objectives. Conduct required assessments, maintain records, and review at relevant intervals. Conduct HSE inspections across all operations. Prepare reports such as monthly statistics, inspection summaries, and findings. Investigate all accidents and near-miss incidents. Record findings accurately using relevant forms. Arrange health surveillance (internal or external) as required. Identify training and certification needs to meet legal and HSE standards. Introduce new techniques and best practices to improve health, safety, and welfare. Inform branches, departments, and employees of changes in HSE regulations or practices. Travel as required to support operations and ensure compliance.
Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions. Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records in HR systems. Register new employees with the Social Security Board (SSB). Prepare and submit SSB forms for employee enrollment, updates, and terminations. Handle employment contracts (ECs) and related documentation. Manage and protect employee data using HRIS systems. Maintain employee personnel files and contract documentation.
Primarily responsible for handling support tickets and application support to the end users. Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports. Create parameterized and drill-down reports Maintain report server configuration and subscriptions Design and manage ETL jobs using SQL Server Agent / SSIS Maintain scheduled jobs and troubleshoot failures Ensure data accuracy between systems Ensure data accuracy between systems Assist functional teams with data validation and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with SAP Business One database Good understanding of ERP functional processes Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Ability and willingness to provide on-call support as needed including after office hours and weekends.
