• Planning: Develop sales and marketing policies and procedures, set objectives, sales target (KPI), and prepare sales and marketing strategic plan for productive and systematic operations. • Manage and Supervise day to day tasks and activities of team members. • Monitor their performance, operational planning process, financial/budget execution to achieve high-performance. • Customer Relationship: Regularly visit and maintain strong relationships all related interested parties and building effective communications and productive working relationships with new customers, previous customers, consignee vendors, schools and collaboration partners. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, KPI targets that align with business goals. • Able to know and propose methods on how to steer marketing strategies based on the sales target requirement. • Set short- and long-term marketing goals to reach the KPI target. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and customer support. • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional advertising. • Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and reporting. • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities outside of Yangon and within Yangon. • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms. • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials and content. • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. • Sales & Promotion: Prepare and plan attractive promotion plans for consignees & customers for each season to ensure a high sales traffic. • Make strong connection to our consignees to ensure a high sales target from them.
● Represent the Company Head office in its business operations ● Setting goals and objectives, and creating and implementing strategies for growth of the business operations ● Ensure the core principles of the Head office are maintained in the business operations ● Prepare and present reports, Budgets & Forecasts of the business operations ● Maintain regular contact with various governmental departments to build rapport and generate goodwill towards the business operations ● Help the finance/account department in maintaining regular contacts with private and government banks ● Help in Monitoring and adhering to operational controls, including legal, corporate and regulatory policies and procedures
