Parami General Hospital is known as the First Private hospital exclusively for Women and Children in Yangon, Myanmar since 2010. In response to the ever-increasing number of patients seeking medical care outside of the home country, it is felt that a care facility that fulfills the felt needs of the people and at the same time ensuring the international standard of healthcare services should be developed in Myanmar. To be a center of medical excellence, the Board of Directors (BOD) of Royal Parami Life Sciences Co., Ltd has laid down plans, that embody a strong commitment to continuously improved quality service and patient safety. Manage employee attendance by monitoring timekeeping, attendance tracking, and overtime records with accuracy. Support payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and reconciling attendance and work-hour data. Administer Compensation & Benefits tasks in line with hospital policies and standards. Assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing staff activities, employee engagement programs, and training sessions. Ensure HR operations comply with Myanmar labor law and hospital regulations. Prepare and maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation. Provide guidance to staff on HR policies, procedures, and benefits with professionalism and confidentiality. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and support hospital-wide projects when needed.

Supervise and guide the marketing team’s daily plans and activities. Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends, and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
