Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including cash entries, journal entries, general ledger updates, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Calculate and report monthly cash promotions based on customer sales volumes. Review and manage overdue accounts receivable, coordinate with customers for timely payment, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain and update deposit records for agents. Prepare and send consignment inventory reports to relevant managers. Prepare and submit monthly account receivable aging reports to the Finance Manager. Review and verify reports prepared by Assistant Accountants for accuracy. Perform other duties and prepare reports as assigned by the Head of Department.
