We are looking to hire an experienced factory manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met. The factory manager's responsibilities include scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed, regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. You should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations. Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers. Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes. Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order. Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues. Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers. Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards. Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Factory Manager, the Quality Assurance Manager directs and supervises the activities of the QA Analyst for proper monitoring of process parameters, calibration, application of test procedures and disposition of raw and packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES • Assists the function of the Factory Manager for product Quality Assurance matters. • Supervises the execution of QA Analysts to ensure conformance of products to standard. • Prepares and ensures timely submission of QA reports. • Initiates improvement projects related to product quality. • Ensures consistent implementation, training and maintenance of ISO Standard, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Safety Procedures. • Coordinates with other plant heads and/or senior supervisors concerning quality aspects. • Ensures strict implementation and monitoring of product quality and standards. • Assists in the implementation of sanitation programs like GMP and 5S. • Coordinates with Production and Warehouse all problems related to quality control of plant operations and incoming/outgoing materials, respectively. • Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain good quality product. • Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as specified in the QMS. • Performs any other duty that may be assigned as necessary.
- Entry the day to day accounting transactions including cash, journal, general ledger and month-end / year-end close processes. - Maintain and accurate record of finish goods inventory. - Preparing monthly inventory report (RM, WIP, FG) and submit to HOD. - Coordinate with related department and operation staff for collecting data and information for reporting process. - Register and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and calculation depreciation - Collaborate with departments at factory, such as Laboratory, Engineering, Operations and Procurement to gather financial information and support product costing and inventory reporting. - Monitor the raw material purchasing transactions and accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency across entities. - Compliance accounting standards, tax regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices. - Performing other report and duties as required or assigned by HOD.
