JOB SUMMARY Under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Officer, the QC Supervisor directs and supervises the activities of the QA Analysit for proper monitoring of process parameters, calibration, application of test procedures and disposition of raw and packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Assists the function of the QA Officer for product Quality Assurance matters. Supervises the execution of QA Analysts to ensure conformance of products to standard. Prepares and ensures timely submission of QA reports. Initiates improvement projects related to product quality. Ensures consistent implementation, training and maintenance of ISO Standard, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Safety Procedures. Coordinates with other plant heads and/or senior supervisors concerning quality aspects. Ensures strict implementation and monitoring of product quality and standards. Assists in the implementation of sanitation programs like GMP and 5S. Coordinates with Production and Warehouse all problems related to quality control of plant operations and incoming/outgoing materials, respectively. Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain good quality product. Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as specified in the QMS. Performs any other duty that may be assigned as necessary.
Detail analysis for income statements. Reporting financial ratio analysis statement quarterly and yearly to Finance Director. Calculating costing of all items for pricing and cost management. Reporting Statement of Management Accounting Information and Annual Financial Report to BOD. Presenting share dividend proposal to BOD. Presenting financing prospects to BOD. Monitoring & supervising accounting system development. Presenting and coordinating the requirements of accounting software to the programmer for accounting system development. Coordinating with external Audit Firm for taxation. Relationship with concerning officer of Company Circle Tax Office (CCTO) for tax reporting and tax assessment. Monitoring budgetary control to report differences between actual vs budget. Supervising & instructing subordinates to accomplish their job timely. Making performance appraisal for subordinates. Executing any authority delegated by Finance Director.
Record day-to-day accounting transactions, including cash entries, journal entries, general ledger updates, and month-end/year-end closing activities. Calculate and report monthly cash promotions based on customer sales volumes. Review and manage overdue accounts receivable, coordinate with customers for timely payment, and escalate issues as needed. Maintain and update deposit records for agents. Prepare and send consignment inventory reports to relevant managers. Prepare and submit monthly account receivable aging reports to the Finance Manager. Review and verify reports prepared by Assistant Accountants for accuracy. Perform other duties and prepare reports as assigned by the Head of Department.
