All Perfect Companion (Myanmar) Co.,Ltd Jobs
Prepare and verify all export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, licenses). Apply for necessary licenses/permits / authorizations with relevant government bodies (MOC, MIC, FESC, DOF etc.) Ensure compliance with Myanmar import/export laws and any applicable foreign laws/regulations. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, warehouses to arrange transportation and storage. Track shipments from origin to destination; monitor schedules and follow up on delays, damage or customs clearance issues. Work closely with sales, procurement, production, warehouse and finance departments to ensure shipments match orders and billing. Ensure all records are maintained accurately for auditing, legal, financial purposes. Process documentation for the ROA Assay Lab, MLF, LBVD, and MOC to obtain import licenses.
