What we do

Pin Myint Yan Company Limited has performed well in the field of civil and construction engineering and is set to undertake both small and massive construction projects for the private sector, and governments.

Even though we registered our company in 2019, we have been acknowledged by the construction industry as a subcontractor since 2014 and have finished more than 200 construction sites within these 5 years.

Direct supervising of labor and contractors’ efficiency Managing parts of all construction projects Setting out the site and on-site QA/ QC issues Checking technical Archi & Structure design and drawings Daily work progress inspection Preparing materials estimate and ordering Preparing BBS and Preparing shop DWGs for labor contractor Preparing daily site reports, and filling in other paperwork such as materials stock, submission of RFI, arrange of quality control issues Preparing and managing weekly and monthly ahead schedule Ensuring clients’ project packages meet agreed specification Providing technical advices and problem solving on site Ensuring health and safety issues on site
