Job Summary Pinnacle House Co., Ltd. is seeking a proactive Trade Assistant to support import, export, and logistics operations in Yangon. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in pharmaceutical supply chain and port coordination. Key Responsibilities ● Support daily trade, logistics, and warehouse coordination activities. ● Prepare, check, and file shipping and trade documents accurately. ● Coordinate with freight forwarders, port agents, suppliers, and internal teams. ● Track shipments and update stakeholders on status, delays, and delivery progress. ● Assist with customs clearance, dispatch, and follow-up on operational issues. ● Maintain records, reports, and document control for smooth workflow.
Operate and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, water systems (RO, WFI), and other utility equipment. Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of production and utility equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime during manufacturing operations. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation as per SOPs. Coordinate with QA/QC, production, and validation teams during maintenance activities. Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews. Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance support. Perform risk assessments and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
