Key Functions: ❖ This position is responsible for building and maintaining a strong and healthy brand by developing cohesive strategies and tactics that will drive traffic to the restaurants while increasing conversion and retention of existing customers through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels and maintaining competitive advantage. Contributes to the increased profitability of operations by implementing the most effective and appropriate promotional, advertising and PR campaigns using traditional and digital media. Job Characteristics: ❖ Brand Marketing - Monitor the timely execution of the Marketing Plans; Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis. ❖ Local Store Marketing - Review and approve all LSM initiatives. ❖ Corporate Sales and Events - Source and negotiate brand partnership to fund marketing programs and generate income for company advertising assets; Monitor the implementation and continuous improvement of non-traditional Sales programs: Birthday Party, Catering, Gift Certificate, Corporate Sales of Coupons; Review and approve other sales generating programs. ❖ Food Aggregators - Establish effective working relationships with existing and potential FAs; coordinate promotional campaigns; drive delivery sales. ❖ Agencies - Establish effective working relationships with the leadership teams of agencies and other key partners to ensure that our products and services are supported by effective sales programs and marketing demand generation programs. ❖ Online and offline - Execute online and offline marketing initiatives, integrating online and new media, email, print, direct mail, social media, and company websites. Have a strong understanding of how all how these channels work together to sustainably drive sales. ❖ New Product Development / Menu - Review and approve the menu mix analysis; menu design & pricing; monitor the New Product Development process for new products; explore options from existing and trending; develop the preferred options; verify through consumer testing; implement via a product/promo launch; measure the success. ❖ CRM – Understand genera customer behaviour in Myanmar including the evolving trends; the importance of customer relationship management and the best methods to acquire and retain loyal customers; prepared to test hypothesis and roll-out different systems to build stronger loyalty across different channels. ❖ Leadership team - Collaborate with all functions in PH Myanmar to create, launch, and track the performance of products and service offerings in our market Project Management ❖ Responsible for all aspects of projects, including meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign analysis, and tracking / monitoring procedures ❖ Establish and articulate project scope, strategy and objectives to internal clients, production team and key leadership. ❖ Manage creative production of online and offline marketing assets, graphic design, video production and web development. ❖ Develop a clear understanding of competitors’ product and service offerings, tracking any changes or trends. ❖ Provide regular updates and insights on our competitors’ strategies and tactics to senior leadership and provide suggestions on how their actions will impact our business along with possible ways we can counter them. ❖ Conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts.
