Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms(Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Tiktok, etc.) Optimize campaigns for performance (ROI, CPC, CTR, Conversion rates). Oversee influencer and affilate marketing programs. Lead content creation (Visuals, videos, blogs, social media post) aligned with the luxury and elegance of the brand. Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Oversee the company website, including updates, UX/UI improvements, and product listing optimization. Implement and monitor SEO/SEM Strategies to boost organic search rankings. Track KPI and prepare monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, meta Business Suite, etc. Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign results. Collaborate with sale and customer service to improve e-commerce functionality and customer journey. Manage digital CRM tools to build loyalty programs and personalized marketing.
