Business Unit: Operations & Maintenance Department Active participation in a small dedicated Technical Support Team Deliver against Tasks and Targets as agreed by line management Timely reporting and correction of Production/Process issues Only undertake task that match competency Safe Delivery in area of influence for Offshore/Onshore production Communicate and inform supervisor of issues or conflicts Provide advice and support to Managers and staff in relation to Operational and production issues including negotiation and conflict resolution, performance improvement and management Ensure that Customer requirements are met, be aware of the Gas sales agreement related to Quality & Quantity of gas delivered in accordance with the agreement Review and approve contractor equipment and personnel, to ensure they meet with the company requirements Develop, review Operations Manuals and Procedures for the safe operation of both onshore and offshore facilities Provide interface with Reservoir and Drilling departments to ensure an understanding of the reservoir capabilities and well completion limitations are made known and followed by the O&M teams Ongoing Development of Operations and Production Management Systems Participate in audits (Engineering & Safety) of all Process, Utility and structural facilities Provide support to other O&M personnel to improve and maintain Competency Willingness to undertake periodic travel both Domestic and International Responsible for timely monitoring, optimization, procurement & management of production chemicals.
The incumbent will be working in Contracts team within the Procurement and LogisticsDepartment of POSCO INTERNATIONAL Corporation, E&P operations. Reports to Head of Contract. Carry out all bidding and contracting activities (pre-award to post award). Execute bidding process involving but not limited to preparation of bids, bid issuance andreceiving, evaluation and recommendations, documentation and records keeping. Review the contract T&C’s, contractual and commercial terms and exceptions. Carry out negotiations, clarifications, responses, meetings, etc. tasked by HOC. Prepare contract documents, incorporating all resolutions of the terms and conditions, andensure documents comply with relevant procedures. Implement post award contract administration including variation/change management, etc. inaccordance with compliance requirements. Prepare letters, reports, etc. and keep proper records. Prepare and issue orders using SAP system and keep record. Manage and administer own portfolio of assigned contracts and documentation using in-housesoftware/tools. Liaise with end-users, technical métiers, bidders, contractors/suppliers. Ensure all processes are in compliance with all requirements, regulations, procedures,industry good practice and the contractual T&C’s. Ensure competent approvals are secured at appropriate levels and timely report. Travel as required. Tasks assigned by Head of Contract.
