Ensure strong familiarity with Oil & Gas Offshore / Onshore operational and maintenance procedures. Lead the development and implementation of Instrument equipment maintenance strategies. Drive cost-effective maintenance planning to maximize plant reliability and availability. Evaluate and implement engineering improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance. Review design and operation of Integrated Control & Safety Systems (Emerson DeltaV DCS, Triconex TMR SDS/FGS), package PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), and Custody Metering Systems. Lead root cause failure analysis (RCA) using applicable methodologies. Manage technical service contractors for maintenance, inspection, and specialized engineering activities. Oversee and guide on-site implementation of instrument equipment maintenance and project-related activities. Provide guidance on spare parts strategy and stock management to ensure readiness. Utilize SAP CMMS for work planning, execution, and reporting. Able to perform registration, rectification and maintenance of explosion protected (Ex) equipment with the compliance standard. Support competency development within the team and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with management on team culture initiatives and other assigned activities. Travel offshore as required. Uphold the company’s Code of Ethics and safety requirements.
