Must be able to prepare and manage both Payable and Receivable accounts. Must be able to prepare and submit reports accurately, promptly, and in a timely manner according to the company’s timeline. Must be able to communicate and coordinate with banks and relevant Operation Departments to collect and organize required accounting data on time according to accounting needs. Must be able to handle all payable and receivable records responsibly and accountably , ensuring minimal errors. Depending on the situation and timing, must be able to review and verify income and expenses as an internal audit function to prevent any financial loss to the company. Must behave and perform professionally during working hours — personal matters and misconduct are strictly not tolerated, maintaining a proper and ethical standard as a professional accountant/auditor. Must be able to prepare annual tax clearance and financial statements .
