The consultant is responsible for selling travel products (tours, tickets, hotels, packages), handling inquiries promptly and effectively, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Sales Respond to inbound email inquiries from international travelers promptly and professionally. Understand client needs, design suitable travel itineraries, and propose customized packages. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive and solution-oriented communication. Handle follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Travel Consultancy Provide accurate and updated information on destinations, visas, flights, hotels, and tours. Advise clients on the best options for their travel plans considering budget, preferences, and timing. Maintain high service standards to build trust and repeat business. Sales Administration Record and update all communications in CRM/Email systems. Prepare quotations, invoices, and confirmations. Coordinate with Operations and Reservations teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Customer Experience Handle customer complaints, special requests, and changes with professionalism. Build long-term client relationships by providing excellent after-sales support. Performance & Reporting Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and revenue. Contribute feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
