Prepare and implement the ISO Implementation Plan and Internal Audit Schedule, and conduct internal audits accordingly. Participate and cooperate with relevant departments during External Audits. Review, revise, and update system-related documents submitted by Assistant System Auditors / System Auditors. Cooperate with departments to ensure achievement of departmental objectives. Support the preparation of Monthly Reports by providing required data and analysis. Coordinate with departments to collect necessary data and prepare PowerPoint presentations for MRC (Management Review Committee) Meetings. Record and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on the completion status of management decisions. Coordinate and cooperate with relevant departments on system-related matters. Implement monthly Internal Audit Plans and Implementation Plans in coordination with concerned departments. Lead the Audit Team when required and review or finalize audit reports. Support and participate in QMS (Quality Management System) related activities. Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Reconciling Sales Vouchers, Delivery Orders (DO), and Van Returns with physical stock balances. Reviewing remarks from returned Sales Trip Summaries and monthly summaries for Consignment, Credit, and Company accounts. Conducting on-site inspections at Yangon Consignment shops to verify consistency with monthly reports and reporting any discrepancies to the Chief Accountant (CA). Auditing monthly Consignment, Credit, and Company Trip Summaries. Communicating with upcountry (provincial) customers to perform account reconciliations. Verifying the accuracy of cash collections from upcountry sales trips. Recording utilized sales vouchers and voided (canceled) vouchers into the system. Handling banking matters and transactions as assigned by the Director. Performing other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

To check original documents received via Courier Service or Post Mail. To verify and approve the completion of Shipping Documents. To record and maintain complaint records. To coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding tax matters related to import shipments. To check and confirm shipment arrivals by comparing Bills with actual arrivals. To handle Import License and PPRD Brand Registration matters at the Ministry of Commerce. To understand, comply with, and implement ISO Systems.
