Key Responsibilities (JD – Main Responsibilities) Monitoring production processes, monitoring the operating status of machinery and the production capacity of workers. Managing the production processes of the entire shift, allocating necessary labor and work assignments. Participating in quality control activities, monitoring problems, and reporting errors to the relevant authorities in a timely manner. Monitoring compliance with quality standards such as ISO/IATF by employees under their supervision. Monitoring compliance with safety and health regulations (Safety, 5S, housekeeping), monitoring hazardous conditions and reporting them in a timely manner. Collecting and reporting shift reports, production performance figures (Production output, downtime, defect rate, etc.). Providing basic training (On‑job training) for workers, providing management support, and resolving basic work-related problems. Effectively managing factory processes and participating in production improvement and waste reduction of time/resources.
