As an agent onboarding Support officer, this role would be required to support end to end agent onboarding while maintaining administrative work for POSM items, and supporting sales activities. Supporting administrative work related to Sale and maintaining sale records. Handling agent onboarding process such as document collections from agents and filing the data. Agent agreements preparations. Creating sales tool accounts for agents and maintaining of them. Aligning with cross functional teams for sharing agents' necessary information. POSM and customer gifts items inventory tracking. Supporting sale activities, recruitment activities and trainings of Financial Advisors.
Facility Management: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office space, ensuring a clean, safe, and conducive working environment. • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed, liaising with external vendors and service providers. • Plan, organize, and execute various training sessions, meetups, and events for agents and stakeholders. • Manage all logistical aspects including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and attendee coordination. • Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Agents And Customer Engagement Assistance: • Act as a point of contact for agents and customers, addressing inquiries and helping as needed. • Support initiatives to enhance agent and customer engagement, including feedback collection and follow-up. • Foster collaboration and communication between various business units to ensure alignment of goals and objectives. • Assist in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required. • Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in all interactions. • Serve as a liaison between management, agents, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth operations.
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics. Working closely with the Cross Functional teams to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. Perform digital marketing strategy in the competitive industry. Perform design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing assets, activities and campaigns (including social media, website, digital media planning & buying, applications) Oversee all digital media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Initiate and executive the digital marketing growth strategies. Stay proactively on top of digital marketing trends and news to prepare and plan future growth strategies and opportunities. Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns. Configure and customize the HubSpot to meet our business needs, managing and maintaining the platform's health, and providing support to our internal stakeholders. Develop and manage the organization’s e-commerce marketing strategy.
