Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC. Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics. Working closely with the Cross Functional teams to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. Perform digital marketing strategy in the competitive industry. Perform design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing assets, activities and campaigns (including social media, website, digital media planning & buying, applications) Oversee all digital media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results. Evaluate important metrics that affect the website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Initiate and executive the digital marketing growth strategies. Stay proactively on top of digital marketing trends and news to prepare and plan future growth strategies and opportunities. Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns. Configure and customize the HubSpot to meet our business needs, managing and maintaining the platform's health, and providing support to our internal stakeholders. Develop and manage the organization’s e-commerce marketing strategy.
Oversee the entire operations lifecycle, ensuring a seamless customer experience from onboarding to claims settlement. Monitor and manage service levels across all processes to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Implement and enforce appropriate processes within a defined Turnaround Time (TAT) to minimize errors and process gaps. Address service and operations requests promptly and handle customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Continuously identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure electronic point of sales testing for both internal and external clients. Contribute to enhancing customer communication strategies, including NPS surveys, SMS notifications, and corporate communications. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and data related to customer service and operations functions to the Senior Management Team and stakeholders. Play a pivotal role in the Quality Assurance process to uphold high service standards and compliance. Support in creating and maintaining effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
