We are looking for an experienced and responsible Jewellery Production & Shop Manager to oversee our jewellery production operations and retail shop. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily jewellery production operations Monitor production schedules, workflow, and product quality Lead and manage production and shop staff effectively Oversee daily shop operations and customer service Manage jewellery stock, inventory, and product records Coordinate between the production team, sales team, and management Monitor staff attendance, performance, and workplace discipline Prepare daily/weekly reports and provide updates to management Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions Ensure smooth and efficient overall business operations
