Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve assigned sales targets. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and implement improvements when necessary. Analyze customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Plan and conduct sales training programs to improve team performance. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to management in a timely manner. Review and monitor employees' monthly Job Descriptions (JD), Job Specifications (JS), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . Assist in HR operations, including recruitment, candidate selection, payroll processing, and overall HR administration. Handle management-related responsibilities as assigned. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in consultation with management. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in daily HR operations.
