Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative functions are coordinated and run efficiently, manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services. Lead and supervise the administrative team, providing guidance,training, and performance evaluations. Prepare and manage the administrative budget, monitor expenses and find cost-effective solutions for administrative processes. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including managing relationships that health and safety policies are up-to-date and adhered to. Provide administrative support to other departments and senior management as needed, coordinate and manage office events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Facilitate effective communication between departments and with external stakeholders, maintain accurate records of administrative activities and documentation.
