Must possess a university degree. Must hold a certificate related to Sales & Marketing. Must be between 25 and 35 years of age. Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG industry. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be willing and able to travel. Must be able to develop Sales Plans and Way Plans, and explore new markets. Must be someone who studies Creative Thinking, Concepts, and Human Behavior, and can implement strategies methodically. Must be a team player with good character, honesty, and a hard-working attitude. Must be able to comply with and meet the company's set rules and targets. Must be able to manage tasks effectively and lead a team competently. Must possess strong leadership skills to train, guide, and mentor subordinates.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure cost- effectiveness. Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of materials. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Collaborate with production, logistics, quality control, and finance teams to align purchasing with operational needs. Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and price lists. Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and procurement procedures. Stay updated on market trends, new products, and potential suppliers in the FMCG industry. Support cost-reduction and process improvement initiatives.
