Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Follow up with customers after sales to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely installation and after-sales service. Ensure showroom displays are clean, organized, and well-stocked with marketing materials. Assist in arranging promotional materials and campaigns within the showroom. Report customer feedback and market trends to the management team. Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information regularly. Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and submit to the Sales Manager. Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for stock availability and order fulfillment.

Manage and monitor inventory levels of all solar equipment, tools, and project materials. Develop and maintain inventory control systems and procedures and control Stock Level and POS System. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely ordering and delivery of materials. Ensure proper documentation of goods received, stored, and issued. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records. Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and prevent shortages or excess stock. Implement safety and storage standards for sensitive solar equipment. Maintain accurate records in the inventory management system and calculate costing FIFO and LIFO System. Prepare inventory reports for management and audit purposes. Liaise with project engineers and site supervisors to understand material requirements and timelines. Support to procurement, sales, warehouse and finance departments.
