• Prepare and publish job advertisements on social media platforms, Job Net portals, and other recruitment channels. • Prepare HR Office letters including Appointment, Confirmation, Resignation, Dismissal, Warning, and other. • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies. • Maintain accurate attendance records by conducting daily and weekly attendance checks in HR Software. • Calculate monthly payroll, including meal allowances, overtime, phone bill, and SSB contributions and personal income tax. • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations. • Organize and coordinate monthly birthday celebrations and other engagement activities. • Deal with Government Offices such as Labor Office for employment contracts, SSB contributions process, income tax process and other submissions as necessary • Prepare monthly HR analytics reports, including absenteeism rate, turnover rate, interview-to-hire ratio, and time-to-fill metrics. • Compile employee movement reports, such as new hires, transfers, promotions, and resignations. • Prepare advance and reimbursement claims for HR-related expenses. • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
