We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our brand’s digital footprint. You will not only be a strategist but a strong leader capable of steering the entire marketing department toward measurable growth. The ideal candidate must possess the authority to manage team dynamics, the technical depth to oversee complex campaigns, and the professionalism to report directly to executive management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing roadmap aligned with the company’s business objectives and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary team (Content, Design, Ads, SEO). Responsible for setting KPIs, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team meets deadlines with high-quality output. Oversee all digital channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media, ensuring a cohesive brand voice. Translate complex digital data into actionable business insights. Responsible for presenting high-level performance reports and ROI analysis to the Management. Manage and optimize the annual marketing budget. Must demonstrate the ability to scale winning campaigns while cutting costs on underperforming ones. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the marketing department to ensure efficiency and scalability.
