REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS OF SALE EXECUTIVE/RECEPTIONIST Excellent customer service , interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational skills for managing appointments , reservations and Facebook booking reply . Familiarity with spa services and products. Basic computer proficiency. A proven track record in sales, preferably in the spa, wellness, or hospitality industry. Deep understanding of spa services, treatments, and products to effectively promote and sell to clients. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage clients, explain services, and close sales. Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience and build lasting relationships with clients. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the spa management. Proficiency in English to significantly contribute in maintaining high-quality customer service ,handling inquiries, negotiating sales, providing excellent customer service, facilitating seamless communication within the spa team and with management, ensuring clarity in all aspects of the sales process. Capability to negotiate effectively with clients on packages, membership , prices, and promotions. Ability to collaborate with other spa staff to coordinate sales efforts and maintain a cohesive customer experience. Problem solving skills to handle customer’s complaint objectively, identify the root cause, and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives promptly. Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and adjust sales strategies according to company’s sales goal . Capability to manage time efficiently, handle administrative tasks related to sales, and maintain accurate records.
