Enforce Company HSE policies, Procedures, Safe System of Works, inspections and actions plan to ensure the compliance of them Understanding of risk assessment process and advise implementation of efficient control measures; Enforce guidelines for HSE requirements and compliance throughout the lifecycle of the projects; Monitor compliances of HSE plans, analysis trends and provide reports to Management; Ensure emergency preparedness is adequate by verifying emergency procedures and doing drill exercises; Assist with incident investigations, to identify root causes, to make recommendations to avoid recurrence; Recommend solutions to HSE related issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures; Support on all aspects of HSE culture improvement; Support applicable internal and external health and safety audits and inspections; Maintain sustainable collaboration with Manager for all HSE activities
