1. Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously. 2. Monitor project progress, schedule, cost, quality, manpower, and resources. 3. Lead and coordinate PM, SPE, PE, Engineering, MEP, QS/Commercial, Procurement, and Store teams. 4. Review critical site issues, project delays, risks, and recovery plans. 5. Ensure projects are delivered within approved schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. 6. Monitor project cost, WBS, Cost Code, VO, claims, and commercial risks. 7. Coordinate with Procurement and Store teams to ensure timely availability and movement of critical materials. 8. Lead weekly construction management meetings and follow up on management decisions and action items. 9. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on major project matters. 10. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements. 11. Provide regular management reports, recommendations, and solutions for critical project issues.
- Team Leadership: Lead and monitor the project team to ensure peak performance. - Strategic Planning: Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and consultants to ensure smooth progress according to the work schedule. - Project Oversight: Establish detailed construction programs and oversee all site management activities. - Quality & Compliance: Ensure consistency in project quality, budget adherence, and strict compliance with safety and environmental regulations. - Effective Communication: Facilitate progress meetings and act as a bridge between the construction team, engineers, and management. - Reporting: Directly report progress and challenges to the Senior Project Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Management.
