Assist in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, preparing comparisons, and processing purchase orders in accordance with company procedures. Communicate with suppliers to follow up on quotations, order confirmations, delivery schedules, and documentation. Coordinate with project and engineering teams to support procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment of procurement activities. Support cost-saving initiatives through price comparison, negotiation assistance, and market checking. Assist in preparing and maintaining procurement records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with company policies. Follow up on delivery, transportation, and customs clearance processes for both local and imported materials. Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and procedures. Prepare basic procurement reports, purchase tracking, and update records for management review. Suggest improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and workflow.
