Perform the full audit cycle according to monthly and annual audit plan. Perform the risk assessment, review and evaluate the financial records and control management over the financial operations. Ensure that the audit evidence obtained must be appropriate and sufficient. Prepare and present report to senior auditor regarding the audit results and documents the audit process. Collaborate with team members in performing the assigned audit process. Perform other duty assigned by HOD. Regular Quarterly and Annual Financial Audit for HO and Branch ( Sales and Credit Balance, Expenses, Inventory, Cash and Bank, Financial Statements, Monthly Ground Stock Checking and other audit matters) Operational Audit (Auditing some expenses before spending and require internal auditing process)
- Conduct product development trainings (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for sales, medical & modern trade teams. - Make detailed monthly product training schedule plans for each team. - Create quizzes for product knowledge test. (Monthly, Quarterly). - Assist Senior Product Development Executive in creating Formulating and outline a comprehensive marketing plan for the year and aligned with the strategic business plan. - Travel to markets every week to know market situations for product development and product promotion activities. - Obtain consumer insights to drive brand proposition and positioning. - Interact with the relevant teams regarding with product development activities.
