Assistant Project Manager(Chinese Translator) is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They coordinate resources, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This role is crucial for achieving organizational goals and ensuring successful project outcomes across various industries. Key Responsibilities: To translate and interpret from Myanmar to Mandarin (Chinese) or vice versa quickly and clearly. To translate the mechine specification and documents (Chinese/ English/ Myanmar). To translate Business documents for department. Defining project goals, scope, and objectives, and creating detailed project plans. Allocating and managing resources (human, financial, and material) effectively. Creating project timelines, managing budgets, and tracking expenses. Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and managing issues as they arise. Keeping stakeholders informed about project progress, managing expectations, and fostering strong communication. Leading and motivating project teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring team performance. Implementing quality control measures and ensuring deliverables meet the required standards. Managing the project closeout process, documenting lessons learned, and ensuring successful completion.
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls. Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission from all projects & to the office. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis. Issue project cost reports for review and approval. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup. Support CEO in ensuring that company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns. Work with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
