Design, implement, and manage a supply chain strategy aligned with the factory's production capacity and business roadmaps. Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for procurement, warehousing, material handling, and distribution. Evaluate and report on monthly supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) regarding cost, quality, delivery timelines, and inventory turnover. Oversee procurement activities for raw materials (e.g., PP granules, masterbatches, sewing threads, and packing materials), machinery spare parts, and factory consumables. Lead supplier negotiation processes to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and high-quality standards without compromising production timelines. Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring optimal space utilization, accurate material tracking, and strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. Coordinate incoming logistics for imported raw materials, managing customs clearance processes, shipping documentation, and port handling efficiently. Manage outgoing logistics and transport networks to ensure finished goods are delivered to clients safely, securely, and on schedule
Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies (Job Posting, Candidate Screening, Onboarding) Timely and accurate payroll processing. Monitor daily attendance and leave records to ensure they are ready for monthly payroll processing. Uphold strict adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements while optimizing HR workflows for peak operational efficiency. Assist the HR Manager with specialized projects and high-priority administrative tasks to support departmental goals. Input employee data (new hires, terminations, promotions) into the HR system or tracking spreadsheets. Help distribute updated company policies and training notifications to various departments. Ensure all HR activities align with the Myanmar Labor Law
Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports. Support in managing accounts payable and receivable processes. Help monitor budgets, expenditures, and cost control measures. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations. Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection and reconciliation. Prepare supporting documents for audits and liaise with auditors when required. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of PP (polypropylene) bags, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves production planning, resource allocation, process optimization, and coordination with various departments to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards. Develop and implement production plans based on customer orders and sales forecasts. Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules to optimize machine and labor utilization. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines. Ensure raw materials and resources are available to meet production targets. Minimize production downtime by ensuring proper maintenance. Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high product standards at different stages of production. Analyze production costs and recommend cost-effective solutions in production processes and materials. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies. Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and factory workers. Work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required materials, smooth production and order fulfillment. Provide regular production reports and updates to senior management.

Lead internal HR audits to maintain accurate personnel records, leave balances, and documentation as required by law. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Develop and enforce HR policies (Training & Development, Code of Conduct) that align with company strategy. Design and execute corporate events, welfare programs, and training initiatives . Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal compensation policies. Oversee timekeeping, attendance tracking, and shift rotation schedules to ensure operational continuity. Prepare and presentation for weekly and monthly report.
Oversee and execute routine and preventive maintenance on factory equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment efficiency. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs, upgrades, and inspections. Lead and supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and training to improve individual and team performance. Prepare spare parts list and ensuring timely ordering and availability to minimize downtime. Works under the supervision of the Chief Engineer and reports directly to CE. The position will take on the responsibilities of a Section Head.
