Manage and support the SAP ERP system to ensure stable, secure, and efficient business operations across the manufacturing plant. Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP), Material Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Quality Management (QM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Finance (FI/CO). Provide daily technical and functional support to users, troubleshooting system issues, and coordinate with SAP consultants for complex problems. Maintain accurate master data, including materials, Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, work centers, vendors, and customers. Support production planning, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, quality control, and maintenance processes through SAP. Develop and maintain SAP reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support operational and management decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve business processes, automate workflows, and enhance system efficiency through SAP solutions. Coordinate SAP system upgrades, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and implementation of new functionalities. Develop user manuals, conduct SAP training, and provide guidance to key users to ensure effective system utilization. Ensure SAP data integrity, system security, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of ERP processes to support business objectives.
