Job Summary Seeking an experienced Chief Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support business decisions for a trading company in Yangon. The role requires strong leadership, compliance, and hands-on accounting expertise. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, cash flow, and reconciliations. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls. Supervise and guide accounting staff to maintain timely, accurate, and efficient processes. Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and other business partners. Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to support management decisions. Review vouchers, journal entries, and supporting documents for correctness and approval.
