Purpose and Scope (One year Internship) The Intern will work closely with experienced professionals, assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Power Plant equipment/systems to ensure optimal plant performance, and assisting in compliance and safety initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in routine maintenance. Support the team in conducting inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of mechanical/electrical/instrument & control equipment/systems, including turbines, pumps, valves and heat exchangers for Mechanical, generators, motors, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgears and UPS systems for Electrical, and control valves, transmitters, sensors, controllers, PLCs, DCS and SCADA for Instrument & Control. Participate in identifying and diagnosing issues with mechanical/electrical/instrument & control components and recommend corrective action. Assist in preparing accurate reports on maintenance tasks, findings, and test results. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing maintenance activities.
