Responsible for FDM data validity and maintenance. Prepare and review daily plant performance. Responsibly to review plant performance according to design and advice EU Lead for any short coming. Review GT performance and compressor efficiency and advise EU Lead for offline water wash schedule. Review and advise EU Team Lead for GT air intake filter replacement interval. Record and review fuel gas consumption of the plant. Liaise with EPC contractor and OEM station engineer for planned outage and schedule the outage plan. Evaluate the plant data and forecast for annual dependable capacity test timing. Conduct pre and post outage plant performance test. Participate in the team for RCA, MOC and other project initiate. Prepare report for monthly, quarterly, MFCM report and GO and GAM monthly report. Report Daily plant performance report. Initiative and implement the plant digitalization project. Advise management on PONC and justification for heat rate penalty and short fall. Liaise with EPGE for short notice outage, planned outage and submit EPGE for yearly outage plan. Advise management for LTSA inspection timing and budget. Calculate yearly revenue assumption and budget expense. Monitor monthly budgeted revenue and actual revenue and advise management and O&M team for improvement. Assist Plant Manager, Operation Manager and Maintenance Manager for technical matters. Purpose and Scope (One year Internship) The Intern will work closely with experienced professionals, assisting in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Power Plant equipment/systems to ensure optimal plant performance, and assisting in compliance and safety initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in routine maintenance. Support the team in conducting inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of mechanical/electrical/instrument & control equipment/systems, including turbines, pumps, valves and heat exchangers for Mechanical, generators, motors, transformers, circuit breakers, switchgears and UPS systems for Electrical, and control valves, transmitters, sensors, controllers, PLCs, DCS and SCADA for Instrument & Control. Participate in identifying and diagnosing issues with mechanical/electrical/instrument & control components and recommend corrective action. Assist in preparing accurate reports on maintenance tasks, findings, and test results. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while performing maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant mechanical codes and environmental regulations. Work collaboratively with other departments to support mechanical/electrical/instrument & control maintenance tasks and plant requirements.
