Supervise and manage daily customer service operations. Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, Viber, Facebook Messenger, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer complaints, service issues, and customer feedback effectively. Follow up customer orders, delivery schedules, and service requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the Operation Manager in customer communication, promotions, and service-related follow-up. Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams to ensure smooth service and timely completion. Monitor customer feedback and report customer concerns or market-related information to management. Guide and support customer service staff to maintain service standards. Prepare daily/weekly customer service reports. Perform other duties assigned by management.
