Customer Service Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a problem-solving approach. Ensure smooth service flow from order-taking to delivery. Sales & Marketing: Promote services to the customers. Achieve monthly sales targets set by management. Assist in preparing marketing materials and promotions. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Team Coordination: Supervise and guide front-line sales team at shop counters and delivery points. Regularly check and visit front-line sales teams to ensure service quality, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the operations and delivery team to ensure timely service. Train new team members on sales and customer service standards. Reporting & Admin: Maintain accurate sales and customer records. Provide daily/weekly sales reports to management. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements. Flexible to work at different shop branches within Yangon based on operational needs.
