-Manage daily production of agricultural machinery / implements. -Ensure monthly production targets are achieved. -Plan manpower, machines, and materials efficiently. -Reduce downtime and delays. -Monitor WIP (work in progress). 2. 𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙢 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 - Supervise supervisors, workers, welders, machinists, painters, assemblers. - Set daily tasks and monitor attendance Train workers for skill improvement. - Maintain discipline and safety culture. 3.
