-To teach Chinese Language by using English Language -Prepare Lesson Plan, PowerPoint, worksheet, teaching materials in advance -Participate in school activities, PTC and events -Communicate effectively with students and parents -Plan systemic curriculum and deliver it to the class -Develop, implement and record the assessment, quiz, test and exam. -Monitor students’ performance and report on gradebooks -Provide extra class curriculum if required -Work in teams occasionally with colleagues and head teacher
Understanding and abiding by the Company’s branding guidelines Design visually compelling digital and print materials, including flyers, posters, brochures, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Capture high-quality photographs and video of school events, activities, and facilities for use in marketing materials, social media, and the school website. Communicating effectively within Marketing Department To work well within time line and on deadline To report to the management on time
Answering phone calls for the school inquiry Handle Student Enrollment process; Request student email address from IT department and inform to school internal app’ In-charge Collaborate with related Teacher department, Marketing and Sales and other relevant department. Reply Viber messages from the parents. Prepare placement test for the new students and admission process. Update database for student information. Coordinate with School Clinic Staff especially for the emergency case Inform school administration and parents about the student’s sick or ill and check whether they could take the medicine or not. Have to arrange to go to the clinic or hospital if they student’s health is indeed to see the doctor. Manage the student attendance List and CCA attendance list. Prepare the student list if they have competition or activities outside of school. For example: Mathematics, Science or Football matches and other activities and Spelling Bee etc. Update and inform the parents of the school activities/events/CCAs schedule and if other activities was occurred. Arrange the appointment of meetings to meet and discuss complaints from parents related to teaching with the relevant teacher. Assisting with all aspects of administrative support for school programmes.
Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner, and also providing basic and accurate information. Greeting and answering any questions from visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance as per SIS standards and providing an overall welcoming environment. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (pens, forms, brochures, papers). Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received. Directing existing parents to the student affairs and new leads/guest to marketing Ensuring to communicate directly to Marketing team for any incoming guest / leads while meeting the guest Ensuring the TV at the admissions office is ON, water is available at the guest table and brochures are clean and ready. Notify personnel of visitor arrival To provide Uniform to buyers and record To provide Uniform record list to Finance monthly Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare invoices as needed To assist with ad hoc tasks and others assigned by the management
