Key Responsibilities 1. Classroom Support Assist the class teacher in delivering daily lessons of all subjects. Support small group learning and one-on-one student assistance. Student Support Provide individual support to students with different learning abilities. Assist students with reading, writing, and numeracy skills at classes and library. Help record student progress and maintain their progress. 4. Administrative Duties Prepare worksheets, print materials, and organize resources. Maintain classroom records and student files. Parent Communication Support Assist the class teacher in maintaining effective communication with parents through communication books, diaries, or digital platforms. Ensure daily updates (homework, reminders, student notes) are accurately recorded and sent to parents. Support checking and organizing returned communication books from parents. Highlight important messages or concerns from parents to the class teacher in a timely manner via students ‘communication books. 6. Student Safety & Incident Reporting Carry out assigned supervision duties to ensure student safety during all non-classroom times such as Playground areas / Assembly area/Canteen area/Lobby/Drop-off and pick-up points etc. Actively monitor student behavior to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth movement of students during school hours and school transitions. Immediately report any student injury, accident, or safety incident occurring during school hours (including break time, playground, or classroom activities) to the related of class teacher and school administration without delay.
