This includes both online and offline marketing channels, as well as sales outreach. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on local education trends, competition, and target audience preferences in Myanmar. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly and develop monthly work plan together with actual outcomes and competitor data. Sales Analysis: Ensures accurate sales reporting and analysis of sales to identify gaps and issues. Meets regularly with senior staff to identify causes and discuss action to remain on track to meet sales and profitability goals Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms. Create and manage content calendar, run paid campaigns, and monitor online interactions to enhance the institution's online reputation. Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, taking into consideration local cultural nuances. This includes brochures, website content, SEO, SEM, blog posts, and social media updates. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding as well. Event Management: Organize and manage internal school events and prepare budgets with scheduling expenditures Leadership: Oversee the hiring, training, performance management, and development of all marketing and sales positioning. JOB SUMMARY The employee provides support for lesson planning & materials; provides support for the homeroom teacher to conducts instruction and evaluates and assesses both instructional materials and student performance; organizes and participates in co-curricular activities. The Employee meets with parents, interprets and records students’ progress, and informs parents/guardians about students’ strengths, weaknesses and develops a learning improvement plan for each student.
