DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage to conduct small to medium to conduct small to medium telecom projects from site survey, installation, testing, commissioning, and deployment of company’s solutions to telco customers Implement and support projects Prepare project related reports (pre and accepted) Directly report to Business Unit Head
JOB SUMMARY - Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting telecom products and solutions DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Builds business by identifying and selling to customers (new and existing) Maintains relationships with clients and partners by providing support, information, and guidance. Identifies and recommends new business opportunities, including process and service improvements. Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets; Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization; Submits regularly required sales metrics and maintains necessary sales data and records. Provide support to business operations in areas of marketing and business development Work closely with the technical operations team during presales and project implementation
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time. Track project progress, prepare status reports, and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk registers. Organize and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items. Review tender documents, identify requirements, and communicate key deadlines to relevant teams. Prepare and compile tender documentation in line with client requirements. Maintain a tender tracking system to monitor deadlines, clarifications, and submissions. Support the bid team in drafting cover letters, company profiles, and supporting documents. Ensure timely submission of tenders, both electronically and physically (if required). Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, and feedback for continuous improvement.
