Oversee and manage the company's overall day-to-day operations. Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient business performance. Develop and implement business strategies to drive sustainable growth and achieve organizational objectives. Monitor, evaluate, and improve departmental KPIs and overall performance. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement effective cost control measures. Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen the company's brand image. Prepare and present management reports to MD.
