Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract students to the school. Provide ongoing support to students. Develop and maintain a close relationship and high level of trust with your students and their parents Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly and develop monthly work plan together with actual outcomes and competitor data. Organize and manage internal school events and prepare budgets with scheduling expenditures Team management skills and proven ability to mentor, coach and train team members Carry day-to-day responsibilities as is required. Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Support the teams with other responsibility as required Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Provide regular follow-up to your customers both in person and over the phone and enter the information in the organization’s systems Professional appearance, confident attitude, great interpersonal skills and excellent negotiation skills
