Perform monthly physical inventory count and any variance quick report to controller. Review and verify documentation for inventory adjustments such as damage, and loss. Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to validate inventory movements. Ensure accuracy in inventory valuation, including raw materials, WIP (Work in Progress), and finished goods. Maintain inventory control report and value calculation upon accounting principles. Prepare inventory aging at the end of the month not later than closing instruction timeline. Prepare provision stock base on company policy of inventory control. Maintain GRN hard copy and update GRN by daily. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies regarding inventory. Prepare and Review document control for new SOP and New WIS for HACCP Audit. Assist to auditors (Internal/ External) to ensure appropriate monitoring of processes. May require working beyond regular hours during stock take or monthend closing periods.
